KODEPULL SRL (hereinafter "KodePull"), domiciled in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in compliance with Law No. 172-13 on Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic and the constitutional Habeas Data provisions (Art. 70). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address, service of interest, and project description. Additionally, our website may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and visit duration, for the purpose of improving user experience and site performance.

How we use your information

We use your personal information exclusively for the following purposes: responding to your inquiries and project requests; evaluating and preparing service proposals; communicating about the status of ongoing projects; improving the functionality and content of our website; and complying with applicable legal obligations. In accordance with the purpose limitation principle established in Law 172-13, we will not use your data for purposes other than those described herein without your prior consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with: technology service providers that assist us in operating the website (such as Web3Forms for contact form processing); cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) when necessary for the delivery of contracted services; and competent authorities when required by law. All our providers are bound by confidentiality obligations in accordance with Law 172-13.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site (such as language detection and loading screen state). We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party cookies for marketing purposes. Under Law 172-13, cookies that enable the identification of a person are considered personal data. Data security

We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in compliance with the security requirements of Law 172-13. These measures include: encryption of data in transit via HTTPS/TLS; restricted access to personal data limited to authorized personnel only; infrastructure hosted with cloud providers holding international security certifications; and periodic review of our security practices.

Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 172-13 and the constitutional right of Habeas Data (Art. 70 of the Dominican Constitution), you have the right to: access your personal data and obtain confirmation of its processing; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; be informed about the use, storage, and protection of your data; and exercise the Habeas Data action before competent courts to access, suspend, rectify, or update your data. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this website. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
